(Miami, Florida) - Mother of twins found in her vehicle foaming at the mouth in early February has still not been charged with their murder.

Shirlene Napoleon Alcime, 42, is charged with two counts of child neglect causing great bodily harm, according to Miami-Dade Police.

The charges could be amended to murder pending toxicology results.

During a recent status hearing, attorneys told the judge that they are still waiting for the toxicology report on the twins which could take another month.

Alcime is still hospitalized with injuries she sustained after allegedly leaving her dying 3-year-old twins in her car and jumping off a flyover ramp in the Golden Glades.
