Wicked Weather & Possible Record Heat Across Parts of Florida

A wind advisory goes into effect for South Florida from 11am on Wednesday through the evening hours as a possible record heat wave sweeps across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

An extensive storm system may bring some strong to severe storms to the Sunshine State today. A cold front will begin to move through increasing the chances for isolated strong to severe weather in northern Florida then head down to Orlando. Rain chances will linger throughout the evening and should make it out of the Orlando area by midnight.
