(Miami, FL) - With a surge in high-end condo and waterfront developments, Miami leads the nation with the most million-dollar homes for sale.
The Magic City has overtaken New York City as of December 2025 with nearly 400 more homes listed for a million dollars or more than NYC.
This is the first time in more than a decade that New York has not led the nation in million-dollar home listings.
Miami is also a magnet for international buyers and Americans looking for lower taxes, warmer climate and business-friendly policies according to Realtor.com.
