MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — The South Beach Wine & Food Festival® (SOBEWFF®) is adding a dynamic new entertainment element to its 2026 lineup with the launch of “Chew on This: A Live Podcast Series presented by iHeartRadio.” The all‑day event, taking over the Miami Beach Bandshell on Saturday, February 21, will bring together some of the biggest personalities in comedy, food, entertainment, and pop culture for a marathon of live podcast tapings.
Running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the series marks a first for the festival, offering attendees access to five consecutive podcast sessions with all food and beverage included. Guests may stay for the full slate or drop in throughout the day to catch their favorite hosts.
Veteran South Florida broadcasters Paul Castronovo and Drew Heyman will anchor the event as MCs, bringing their decades of on‑air chemistry and lively banter to the stage between shows.
The lineup kicks off with Bert Kreischer and his hit show Something’s Burning, where the comedian is expected to deliver his signature blend of culinary chaos and unfiltered humor. Next, GRAMMY®‑winning artist and television personality Chiquis brings her empowering and heartfelt podcast Chiquis and Chill to the stage.
The energy continues with fan favorites Gandhi and Andrew Pugliese from Elvis Duran and the Morning Show. The duo will be joined by Elvis Duran himself for an hour of pop‑culture commentary, candid conversation, and surprise moments.
The addition of the live podcast series aligns with the festival’s expanded vision for its 25th anniversary, introducing more immersive, entertainment‑driven programming to complement its culinary roots. Festival organizers say the format reflects the evolving ways audiences consume content and interact with their favorite personalities.
Now celebrating a quarter‑century, SOBEWFF® continues to serve as one of Miami’s premier cultural events. The festival also maintains a strong philanthropic mission, having raised more than $45 million to date for Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
With its mix of comedy, conversation, celebrity guests, and all‑inclusive bites and beverages, “Chew on This” is positioned to become one of the standout events of the 2026 festival weekend—bringing together food lovers, podcast fans, and Miami’s vibrant cultural community for a day of high‑energy entertainment by the beach.
